Terms and Conditions :

The above rates are excluding Luxury tax of 8% + Service Tax of 6.18% = 14.18%

Check in and Check out time is 12 noon

Above rates include complimentary Indian/continental breakfast in all categories.

Free Wireless Internet available in all categories except Budget Non AC Rooms.

Room occupancy is strictly for 2 adults & 1 child below 12 years sharing parents room using existing bed.

2 bedroom apartment/flat occupancy is strictly 4 adults & 2 children below 12years sharing parents room using existing bed

3 bedroom apartment/flat occupancy is strictly 6 adults & 3 children below 12years sharing parents room using existing bed

Each extra person will be charged Rs.350+tax per day.

Reservation will be held only if first night deposit is paid by cash/credit card/bank transfer for stay less than 5 days and 2 nights deposit must be paid by cash/credit card/bank transfer for stay of 5 days and above.

Companies undertaking payment can confirm reservations by sending a Bill to Company Letter duly signed by an authorized person and remit the payment within 10 days from the date of receipt of bill.

For Bulk bookings 50% of the total stay amount must be paid at the time of booking and balance 50% amount must be paid at the time of Check in

Cancellations must be made 3 days before check in date excluding check in date. Full stay amount will be charged if cancellations are made less than 3 days before check in date excluding check in date.

To avail Monthly Rate Plan one month rent must be paid in advance
