Reservation and Payment:
Booking can be made by paying 25% advance of the total booking value by issuing a Demand Draft in favour of "MELS" payable at Bangalore and balance 75% at time of check in or you can pay online by credit card/ bank transfer. Bookings will be confirmed only via email. Rooms will not be blocked via telephone.

Monthly Rate Plan one month rent in advance.

Refund:
Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to Check in. Full stay amount will be forfeited if cancellations are made less than 5 days.
